3. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, abusive behavior, or damage to academy property may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

4. Parents/guardians are requested to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.

4. Coaching & Training

1. The academy provides structured cricket coaching aimed at skill development and fitness enhancement.

2. Participation in tournaments or matches will be based on performance, discipline, and coach discretion.

3. The academy does not guarantee selection in district, state, or national teams.

5. Health & Medical Responsibility

1. Parents/guardians must disclose any medical condition, allergy, or physical limitation at the time of registration.

2. Students participate in training sessions at their own risk.

3. While reasonable safety measures are implemented, Spin & Swing Cricket Academy shall not be held liable for injuries sustained during training or matches.

6. Refund & Cancellation
