This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing fee payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility for programs offered by Spin & Swing Cricket Academy.

1. Fee Payment Policy

1. All coaching fees must be paid in advance as per the selected training program.

2. Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Payments made through online payment gateways are subject to transaction charges as per the respective provider.

2. Refund Policy

1. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.No refund will be provided for:
○ Absenteeism
○ Voluntary withdrawal during an ongoing batch
○ Personal schedule conflicts
○ Non-participation in sessions

3. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies or relocation), refund requests may be reviewed by the academy management. Supporting documents may be required. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of the academy.

4. If a batch is cancelled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances and no alternative batch is offered, a proportional refund may be processed.

3. Cancellation by Student / Parent

1. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channel.

2. Cancellation will be effective only after acknowledgment from the academy.

3. Mid-term cancellations do not qualify for a refund unless approved under exceptional circumstances.

4. Cancellation by the Academy

Spin & Swing Cricket Academy reserves the right to:
● Modify batch timings
● Reschedule sessions
● Change coaches (if required)
● Cancel a batch due to low enrollment or unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, students may be offered an alternative batch. If no suitable alternative is available, a proportionate refund may be considered.

5. Payment Gateway & Processing Time

1. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment.

2. The refund process may take 7–14 working days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

3. Transaction or gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Force Majeure

No refund shall be applicable for disruptions caused by events beyond the academy’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or facility unavailability.
